With more than 31 years in the field of education, Rita is the Managing Partner of Pinder, Pinder and Associates, LLC. We provide services in the areas of legal and identity theft plans for individuals, small businesses and as an employee benefit. We were recognized as the recipient of the 1,000 App Production Award from LegalShield. We also provide financial education for children with a focus on the three pillars of wealth - investing, real estate and starting/sustaining their own businesses. I am Co-Founder and Director of the South Florida Black Chamber of Commerce. I am the Past President of the Palm Beach County Classroom Teachers Association-Retired. At The Luminaries at the Boca Chamber Toastmasters Club, I have served in all leadership roles as well as District 47 Administrative Manager and received the "Distinguished Toastmaster" (DTM) designation. As a result of achieving DTM status, a project was birthed from that program was "Money Management for Munchkins". Our children need to understand how to use money wisely. My program teaches just that. As a former Ambassador with The Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of Leadership Boca 2018, learning to connect members and through education, taught me the importance of creating sustainable businesses. It is my passion to help our community create a pipeline to prosperity for generations to come.
