Nathalie Dusauzay worked with the Ministry of Finance for seven years prior to being appointed to the post of Senior Manager at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) on January 1, 2014. She was promoted to Executive Director of the FSRA in September 2020. During her tenure at the Financial Services Supervision Unit (FSSU) within the Ministry of Finance, she served as Deputy Director. She also served as Registrar of Insurance during the transitional period from the FSSU to the FSRA. Mrs. Dusauzay gained her auditing experience by working with Deloitte & Touche in France and KPMG in Martinique. Mrs Dusauzay is currently a member of the National Oversight Committee for AML/CFT of Saint Lucia and the Supervisor of Bankruptcy and Insolvency of Saint Lucia. Mrs. Dusauzay holds an MBA, a Master’s degree in Finance (France) and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK.
