Ms. Dawne Spicer is the Executive Director of the Caribbean Financial Action Task Force (CFATF). Ms. Spicer is an Attorney by profession, with over thirty years’ experience in the area of AML/CFT/CPF and has participated both as an Assessor and Head of Mission for all Rounds of Mutual Evaluations of CFATF Member countries. Ms. Spicer provides training to Member countries and makes presentations at private sector conferences. She was a Co-Chair of the FATF Working Group - the Global Network Coordination Group (GNCG) from 2012-2021. Ms. Spicer has been involved in groups and projects focusing on issues such as Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking, financial inclusion, de-risking and financial crime and as such has participated in UN FAST, FAST LATAMC Advisory Group and RUSI Advisory Board amongst others.
