Mr. Manny Singh
Manny Singh has been a practicing federal attorney in South Florida since 1985. He practiced Bankruptcy and Foreclosure law for over thirty years. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova University Law School in 1984, with a background in the fields of business administration and finance. Manny is a licensed attorney in the state of Florida and a bar member at the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Manny founded his own law firm in South Florida in 1985, which is still in operation. The practice at this moment is limited to representing corporations. In the past it had other areas. Manny has also been in the niche financing space since 1998. This includes using real estate assets to get out of bankruptcy, bankruptcy buyouts to hard money lending to marijuana financing. Manny’s experience in the cannabis industry is focused primarily on taking companies public. To date, Manny has facilitated four companies in the United States going public, including one of the first cannabis real estate companies. He is the Founder and CEO at Bankers Capital. First Bankers does financing for small and large Infrastructure, real estate, Corporate Medium Term Bonds/Notes based project financing. This includes using real estate assets to get out of bankruptcy, bankruptcy buyouts to hard money lending to Cannabis/Hemp/CBD financing. First Bankers can also arrange loans against publicly traded stocks and other publicly traded assets. Manny has also been teaching students on a one-to-one basis his course entitled "Bankruptcy Court Secrets". This course was designed by Mr. Singh to educate others on how to purchase real estate from bankruptcy courts, based on his personal experiences of purchasing property out of bankruptcy.
